Press statement: Patent rights enforced against RESO

[EICMA, Milan, Italy] Cardo Systems has taken legal action to protect its patented technology
from infringement by RESO across 18 European countries. Cardo reserves its right to pursue
the action in additional territories.

Today Cardo Systems enforced the ex parte preliminary injunction based on European patent #
4 240 194 – it obtained from the Milan Local Division of the UPC – at EICMA. Magnet Air Mount
infringing products include RESO products Pilot Pro and Pilot Neo as well as any other further
variations of said products.
